You really need to look at your project as a partnership. You want the person you hire to feel they are a part of your project, and will return to expand, repair, or replace as needed. The relationship rarely ends at the end of installation. Instead, it is really the beginning of a new phase in your landscape investment — warranties. & follow up are every bit as important as the initial install.
Remember, you usually get what you pay for, and a contractor who did not make enough money on the install will not have any funds to return for warranty work. |
